Film Industry Celebrates Trisha’s birthday

Trisha, the Kollywood cinema’s original diva, celebrates her 26th birthday today, May 4th. Trisha Krishnan was born in 1983; she is one of the very few Tamil girls who attained desirable fame in the Tamil film industry. Trisha’s call to moviedom came across when she won the Miss India Miss Beautiful Smile in 2001, before which she was already admired in the modeling circles.

After a character part in the Prashanth starrer Jodi, her first appearance movie in the lead was Mounam Pesiyathe in which she was cast opposite Suriya. Trisha’s supposedly debut project, Priyadarshan’s Leysa Leysa only released later. Trisha won a thread of awards including Filmfare and Nandi awards for her recital in various movies.Her Sarvam, with Arya is ready to release in this month and the Gautham Vasudev Menon directed Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya will hit the screen soon
